We got invited to go Lake Powell by our friends Wes and Andrea Andreason along with the Petersons, Hallows, the Udys, and the Millers. We had such a blast playing in the water, soking up the sun, hiking, playing games at night, and EATING!(well most enjoyed eating...I was 7 weeks pregnant and was super pukey and sick. eating was not my favorite). Cliff caught a Blue Gill off the shore where the house boat was docked and then while it was still on the line a Bass fish came and swallowed the Blue Gill! We were all watching and could not believe what we saw. It was just something from out of a cartoon. All the men thinking they are pretty hot stuff while cliff jumping. This was a crack in the was the Wes and Andrea found. It was so much fun.(at long as your not claustrophobic)
Cliff and Trav doing some tricks together. Heather and I riding the tube. Trav was too nervous to let me do anything else, and he made the boat go slow, but I still had a good time.
Oh MA HeCK! You blogged! Yeah!! Okay, so just looking at these pictures makes me ache for Powell! (my second home ;) I so wish I was going there this summer instead of freezing cold Bear Lake!
Mal is 5. She loves to dance, make up songs, laugh, gymnastics, and be with her family and friends. She is such a great big sister! She loves going to Pre School and learning new things. She is such a smartie and she knows it! Sometimes I can't believe what comes out of her little head. She keeps us on our toes.
Mason Scott
Mason is our funny little guy who is lways making us laugh. He loves to play any kind of sports and is actually pretty good at hitting a ball either with a batt or a club. When I can't find him it is because he has snuck out back to ride his bike or play with a ball of some sort. He is 3 1/2,
Madilyn Taylor
Madi is 21 year old. She is so spirited! She is always on the go keeping up with her brother and sister. She thinks almost anything is funny, and keeps us all laughing.
We met in Cedar City, Utah at the end of my freshman year. Travis picked me up while playing a sand volleyball game. Once I got home from our first date, I knew that I was going to marry him! Wierd huh?! I never thought it would happen like that, but it did. I think it took Trav a little longer:) We saw each other everyday until school got out. When the summer came we had to part, I went to Oregon to work with my bro-in-law and Trav went to Salina to do road construction. We talked everyday at least a million times! When I got back from Oregon, we went back down to Cedar together in August. He asked my dad, and then...a break! I guess my Dad can be a little scarry. We officially got engaged on Thanksgiving at his parents house. We were sealed on March 28, 2003 in the SLC Temple for time and all eternity. We continue to talk a million times a day to each other and will always be best friends.
